Meet Natalie Neith

Natalie Neith’s quarter century of Los Angeles real estate experience has proved her a consistent top producer for Pacific Union International (as well as her previously affiliated companies).  As a Director of the prestigious Architectural Collection, Natalie is an expert in marketing historic and architecturally distinctive properties. From vintage mansions to contemporary condos to everything in between, she has sold hundreds of homes in the LA area, representing celebrity sellers, repeat customers, investors and first-time buyers alike.

Much of Natalie’s business is both repeat and referral clients, but she has experience as an REO agent for a major bank, and as a Relocation Specialist and has navigated clients through numerous short sale and REO purchases and sales.  She is often quoted as a valued resource for press & media outlets reporting on LA real estate and historic properties, including The Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, Larchmont Chronicle and several television networks.

Natalie’s team includes a Transaction Coordinator, Listing Coordinator, two Short Sale Processors and a full-time assistant, as well as full use of the John Aaroe Group’s ever-expanding network of web-based services ( (Los Angeles Business Journal ranks John Aaroe Group as #9 of ALL the real estate companies in the LA area!) Such professional support has allowed Natalie to serve both buyers and sellers in some of LA’s most distinctive neighborhoods–Historic West Adams, Larchmont, Hancock Park, Beverly Hills, Century City, Miracle Mile, West Hollywood, Country Club Park, Hollywood Hills, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Glassell Park, Leimert Park, Highland Park and the Westside.

Both Natalie and her late husband, Ken Catbagan, came to real estate from the arts & education–he as a college art professor and she as an art teacher. They previously owned and operated a pottery school, studio and contemporary craft gallery in Santa Monica.  Natalie’s eye for design and ability to see potential in each property comes from this solid background. Having personally restored several historic and architectural properties, she understands what restoration and preservation are all about. She owns properties in Historic Preservation Overlay Zones and sits on the HPOZ Board for West Adams Terrace. Natalie’s extensive community involvement and volunteerism with numerous non-profit organizations is evidenced through their ongoing support for the YMCA, Gramercy Housing Group, West Adams Heritage Association, AIDSwalk (Starwalker), the Alzheimer’s Association, Bikers Against Diabetes, Guide Dogs for the Blind, the National Stroke Association, the American Cancer Association, California Hospitality Association and Jeffrey Foundation.

Whether buying or selling, in Hollywood or Historic West Adams, mansion or bungalow–Natalie and her team can be relied on for great service, cutting-edge technological tools, knowledgeable attention to detail and, most importantly of all, RESULTS!!!
